**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and food items according to established recipes and standards.
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers warmly and taking their orders accurately.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system for cash handling and transaction processing.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including equipment, utensils, and dining areas.
- Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines to ensure the health and safety of customers.
- Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels of food and beverage supplies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Engage with customers to create a friendly atmosphere and encourage repeat visits.
**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in customer service or the food industry is preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is essential.
- Familiarity with cashiering, cash handling, and POS systems is advantageous.
- Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A passion for coffee and food preparation is highly desirable.
