Position Summary:
Tacten is currently recruiting for IRATA Level 3 Project Manager to support a client site in the Pacific Region. If you are seeking a dynamic trades environment with opportunities for individual growth and learning, this is for you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Full time position Night Shift
- Provide overall supervision and project management for the Night Shift crews and RAIS work scopes
- Work site organization and planning
- Supervise directly all crews engaged in performing responsible for safety management, broad range of technical and/or industrial services at heights.
- Manage the safety of crews engaged in rope access activities,
- Ensures individual and organizational compliance with IRATA standards and regulations to ensure the safe and effective performance of work.

**Requirements**:

- IRATA Level 3 Certification
- NDT Certifications/experience would be an asset
- Strong work ethics
- Ability to maintain positive working relations with clients
- Exceptional safety and quality awareness
- Ability to solve problems and manage time effectively
- Self-motivated and capable of working at a high technical and performance level
- Valid driver's license
- Clean driver's abstract
