Brave is looking for a Project Coordinator to join our team

Responsibilities while implementing the ERP system will include:

- Execution of ERP project and delivery of the desired outcomes in an effective and professional manner
- Setting and managing expectations throughout the full project lifecycle
- Work with internal and external teams as needed to gather information and reach milestones
- Acting as the first point of contact throughout the project lifecycle
- Developing training materials and training the staff
- Develop and update workflows

General Responsibilities will include:

- Prepare project documents
- Prepare and maintain the project logs and records
- Participate in all meetings and record meeting minutes
- Coordinate subcontractors
- Assisting the Project Manager with administrative functions and processes
- Support the Project Manager in dealing with the Client for all project matters
- Analyzing data and producing progress reports
- Liaise with all levels of staff to handle requests

Qualifications:

- Degree/ Diploma / Certificate in Business, Project Management, or another related field
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with NetSuite considered an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
