We are currently seeking an Assistant Sire supervisor to join our team.

Job Overview:
The Assistant Site Supervisor will work closely with the Site Supervisor in managing the construction of multiple residential projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the Site Supervisor in supervision and construction of residential homes.
- Manage subcontractors on site
- Responsible for ensuring sites are ready for the next scheduled trade
- Conduct on site quality control inspections throughout construction of the home
- Perform minor deficiency repairs
- Manage job specific schedules to ensure jobs comply with cycle times
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment (For example interior clean, snow removal and lot clean for safe access)
- Understand and adhere to OH&S safety requirements
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications:

- A Minimum 2 years relevant residential experience
- Strong communication (Verbal and written)
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, field drawings and plans
- Detailed oriented
- A valid drivers license is required with a reliable vehicle
- First Aid with CPR and fall protection training would be an asset

Compensation:
A competitive salary, annual performance based bonus, paid time off, gas card, cell phone and vehicle allowance

Working Conditions:
This is a field position and will require travel between designated job sites. Work may require occasional weekends and/or evenings.
