**Assistant Site Supervisor - Job Description**
The Spray Group is seeking a Construction Foreman to join our team. As the Assistant Site Supervisor, your main responsibility will be to maintain and coordinate the on-site construction activities with direction from the Site Manager.
We are expecting you to have solid experience in construction, site carpentry skills and ability to maintain a schedule.
**Assistant Site Supervisor duties and responsibilities**
- Take direction from the Site Manager
- Implement and manage construction tasks in accordance with priorities and goals
- Assist with the company Safety Policy - Orientations, 1st Aid, be aware of hazards.
- Track daily trade attendance and work
- Adhere to relevant safety regulations
- Manage and guide the use of machinery and equipment
- Monitor on-site expenditures (rental equipment, waste bins, etc)
- Assist with keeping the project budget in check
- Peacefully resolve any emerging problems and issues
- Allocate and delegate responsibilities
- Supervise, train and give feedback to workers
- Ensure labor and other resources necessary
**Construction Foreman requirements**
- 2 - 5 years of experience with on-site construction
- Excellent knowledge of construction operations and equipment
- Familiarity with construction drawings
- Good time-management skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Critical-thinker and problem-solver
- Good math skills
- Good physical condition and stamina
- High school diploma
- Office 365
- Any additional relevant certification will be considered an advantage
**Salary**: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
