That is our North Star and, together, we help shape leaders that build stronger communities. **Summary**: This role will support the Fundraising team in the maintenance of current donor relationships and partnerships and the identification of new funding opportunities. This role will actively support the relationship management, stewardship and donor management of existing donors. ***Work location**: Home Office located in St. George, ON with flexibility to work remotely 1-2 days per week. Some travel will be required to attend Tims Camps and Partner events. **What would you be doing?** Fundraising Support - Identify and qualify new donors and partners through research and prospecting. - Prepare customized funding proposals for qualified prospects. - Support the development of new, innovative partnership programs for the Foundation. - Identify opportunities to enhance fundraising opportunities including but, not limited to: sponsorship, third-party events, major gifts, employee giving and leadership giving. - Execute stewardship and recognition activities as per Tims Camps guidelines/programs and gift agreements. - Support the creation and delivery of partnership fulfillment packages and impact reporting. - Ensure donor activations occur as per gift agreements. - Coordinate regular communications to donors highlighting the impact of their contributions. - Coordinate scheduled call-campaigns to identified donors. - Ensure all funding prospecting plans are maintained and up to date in the Salesforce Database. - Generate monthly reporting against engagement and revenue targets. - Routinely analyze donor data to identify trends and opportunities. - Collaborate cross-departmentally on third party platforms for the purposes of corporate funding. Team Support - Play a supporting role to the overall fund development department as assigned. - Contribute to the on-going development of departmental plans. - Attend and support Tims Camps and Partner events as assigned. - Monitor the cause marketing and partnerships landscape on-going and recommend benchmarks and opportunities to Foundation staff. ***Does this sound like you?** - Post-Secondary degree in a related field or equivalent experience - Minimum 2 years' fund development experience related to corporate giving programs - Attention to detail and excellent project management and organization skills - Proven analytical skills with experience within Salesforce (NPSP) or similar donor database - Experience and proven ability in the qualification of new donors through research and prospecting and proposal writing - Experience in supporting the management of partnerships between businesses and charitable organizations - Knowledge of cause marketing and sponsorship programs - Experience executing donor stewardship and recognition programs - Experience in digital fundraising programs and platforms - Creative and resourceful team-player with an ability to support multiple projects simultaneously - Experience and capability using Microsoft Office, including Word, Power Point and Excel Role Assets - Bilingual - French/English (verbal and written) - Experience in graphic design - Adobe Creative Suite Illustrator, Photoshop considered an asset *** **We're Great Place to Work® Certified** Tim Hortons® Foundation Camps is proud to be Great Place to Work® certified for the third year in a row. **Commitment to Equity, Diversity & Inclusion** Tim Hortons® Foundation Camps is committed to a fair and inclusive work environment and seeks talent with a diversity of life experiences and perspectives.
