**Here’s where you come in**
- As the Small Medium Business (SBM) Specialist, you will be the point of contact for all SMB enquires relating to mobile devices, consumer electronics, and digital appliances. You will need to understand the client’s business needs, build a strong relationship and recommend consumer or business products. You will be asked to meet business objectives and be a strong ambassador of the Samsung Brand. You’re passionate and want to sharpen your skills and grow along with us in a fast, fun, high-energy work environment. **A day in the life of a Small Medium Business Specialist**:

- Provide an exceptional first impression of our company, showcasing how we can help facilitate clients with large orders.
- Complete detailed research on incoming companies and prospects to give your outreach the best chance for success, as well as activity logging in our CRM systems.
- Maintain a strong understanding of Samsung products in both consumer and business-related categories.
- Maintain professionalism by answering questions and building a strong relationship with clients, other Samsung departments and business partners in a timely manner.
- Drive sales by understanding clients current & future business needs and developing a funnel for continued ROI.
- Support Customer Experience Managers with updating onboarding material and providing support in the training of new hires.
- Ensuring seamless customer experience from prospect to payment, through many different payment types.
- Establish potential clients and initiate first contact, building the Samsung brand & representation within the SMB landscape.
- Weekly KPI review and business plan development.
- Other duties as required to meet business needs

**Good thing you have what it takes**:

- Minimum 2 years of SMB / B2B sales experience.
- Will embody the Samsung Brand in every interaction with customers and genuinely care about their individual needs.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in order to provide a positive customer experience. Bilingual in French/English not mandatory, but strong asset.
- Highly accountable and results-oriented, possessing a “can-do” attitude and motivation to meet sale goals and objectives.
- Manage multiple tasks & answer customer questions and/or provide resolutions through demonstrated problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Familiar with Samsung products and features with the ability to make recommendations based on customer needs and wants.
- Highly collaborative and capable of working in a team environment and independently.
