Administrative and Personal Assistant to The General Manager

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Support to the General Manager**:
- Manage the GM’s calendar, appointments, and meetings
- Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of the GM
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as requested
- Track action items, meeting notes, and follow-ups
- Assist with project coordination and deadline management
**Administrative Office Support**:
- Maintain office filing systems (digital and physical)
- Order supplies and maintain inventory
- Support HR-related tasks (scheduling interviews, onboarding documents, etc.)
- Help coordinate team events and meetings
- Accounting data entry
- Take meeting minutes as required
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- Proven experience in an administrative or assistant role
- Strong organizational abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and calendar tools
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
- Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information
Pay: $48,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
