- Perform clerical duties, including filing, data entry, and organizing documents
- Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
- Conduct basic proofreading and editing tasks
- Utilize computerized systems for data entry and record-keeping
- Support office staff with administrative tasks as needed

*Skills*
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Experience in a general office setting is a plus
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Familiarity with clerical procedures and office organization
- Excellent proofreading skills for written correspondence
- Strong administrative and computerized record-keeping abilities

**Job Type**: Part-time

Expected hours: 25 per week
