**Job Overview**
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with customers. You will engage with clients to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and effectively communicate the value of our products and services. This position requires a proactive approach to sales and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

**Duties**
- Identify and target potential customers through market research and outreach efforts.
- Utilize Salesforce to manage customer interactions, track sales progress, and report on performance metrics.
- Communicate effectively with clients in both English and Spanish to ensure understanding of product offerings.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.

**Skills**
- Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish are highly desirable.
- Proven experience in customer service with a focus on technology sales or related fields.
- Familiarity with inside sales techniques and best practices.
- Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM software to manage sales processes effectively.
- Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients quickly.
- A results-oriented mindset with a commitment to achieving sales targets.

Pay: $33,100.00-$38,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Commission pay
- Overtime pay
