POSITION OVERVIEW:
As a Bartender, you are responsible for preparing drinks for guests and Servers bringing drinks to guests, as well as the overall atmosphere and environment of the Bar area, including cleanliness of the bar surfaces, storage and product shelving. As a highly visible member of the team, you share the responsibility of making every guest a regular, and you live by and embody our values: Be Real, Have Fun, Own It, and Grow With Us

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

- Maintain good communications with serving staff, helping them efficiently carry out their duties;
- Advises guests of special items, accurately takes drink and food orders and delivers when ready (bar seating areas);
- Acts in quality control capacity for every item served, assesses customer satisfaction at critical service points (at service, immediately after, following service)
- Seeks out opportunities to personalize the guest experience, within acceptable professional parameters
- Preparation and presentation of consistently high quality beverages according to the recipe provided, measured correctly (free pouring is strictly prohibited)
- Responsible for stock control / loss prevention through correct use of POS (Aloha) and support in inventory and other audit processes as required
- Compliance with Liquor Act / Serving It Right, informing management of potential violations

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

- Focused on customer experience
- Highly collaborative
- Adaptable, able to prioritize and make decisions with agility
- Serving It Right certification

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Casual

Pay: $16.75 per hour
