**The Raven Pub** is currently hiring an experienced **Part-Time Bartender** for our bar located in the beautiful **Deep Cove** neighborhood If you are looking for a fun working environment with awesome customers and teammates then this may be the perfect role for you

Please note, you must be comfortable with commuting to Deep Cove and have open availability.

**Duties include but are not limited to**:

- Mix and prepare cocktails and other drinks.
- Wash glassware and utensils after each use.
- Pour wine and beer.
- Collect payment and operate cash register.
- Serve food to customers seated at the bar and dining area.
- Check identification of customers to make sure they meet requirements.
- Clean up after customers and clean work area.
- Serve customers in a friendly and helpful manner.
- Train and coach junior members of staff.
- Other duties as required.

**Qualifications**:

- High-School Diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent.
- Completion of bartending classes is an asset.
- Minimum 2 years Bartending experience
- Serving It Right certification
- Knowledge of drink recipes.
- Ability to handle busy crowds.
- Demonstrated time management and organizational skills.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
