Head Pastry Chef,

IOS AGORA & BAKERY Is seeking to find an employee for the position of Pastry Chef.

Pastry Chef must have extensive knowledge and experience in Greek Pastries.

IOS AGORA & BAKERY is seeking to find someone experienced in making:
BAKLAVA, KOKS, CREAM CONE, REVANI, KATAIFI, DIPLES, GALAKTOBOURIKO, LOUKOUMADES, TOULOUMBES, AMYGDALOTA, KOULOURAKIA, KOURABIEDES, MELOMAKARONA, MOUSTOKOULOURA, TILIXTA, TSOUREKIA, ECT.

Must also have experience in making fresh breads.

Looking for a Pastry Chef that has experience making variety of pastries and cakes. Must have some experience in European pastries as we are a Greek Bakery.

Must be motivated to learn new recipes.

Basic Description of duties: Maintain records of food costs, consumption, sales and inventory; Analyze operating costs and other data; Create new recipes; Prepare and cook meals or specialty foods; Requisition food and kitchen supplies Plan menus and ensure food meets quality standards

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $75,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
