IOS AGORA & BAKERY,

Is a family run business which is an off spin of our restaurant concept. We wanted to open a bakery to bring to the community our families recipes and our culture. Along with pastries we will also be selling imported products from Greece and other parts of the word. IOS Agora Is seeking to find an employee for the position of Executive Pastry Chef.

Pastry Chef must have the following criteria:

- Extensive knowledge and experience in Greek Pastries.
- Minimum 2-3 Year experience making pastries
- The ability to learn new recipes and want to learn.
- Would be responsible for the back of the house, including ordering and managing the back of the house team.

IOS AGORA & BAKERY is seeking to find someone experienced in making:
BAKLAVA, KOKS, CREAM CONE, REVANI, KATAIFI, DIPLES, GALAKTOBOURIKO, LOUKOUMADES, TOULOUMBES, AMYGDALOTA, KOULOURAKIA, KOURABIEDES, MELOMAKARONA, MOUSTOKOULOURA, TILIXTA, TSOUREKIA, ECT.

Making fresh breads would be ideal as well.

IOS Agora, is offering a base salary of $75,000.00 per year plus benefits.

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift

- baking: 1 year (required)
