We take pride in our craftsmanship and are looking for an experienced Box Spring Maker to join our dedicated team and help us continue delivering superior products.

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Box Spring Maker to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for constructing and assembling high-quality box springs, ensuring they meet Dream Time Mattress’s strict standards for comfort and durability. If you have experience working with upholstery, woodworking, or similar production tasks, and a passion for creating quality products, we would love to hear from you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assemble and build box springs from start to finish using high-quality materials
- Cut, measure, and prepare materials according to production specifications
- Ensure the box springs are durable, structurally sound, and meet product quality standards
- Work closely with the production team to meet production goals and deadlines
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and ensure proper use of equipment

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in furniture manufacturing, upholstery, or similar production roles preferred
- Strong attention to detail and precision
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and machinery in a safe and efficient manner
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
- Ability to lift and move heavy materials

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week

Additional pay:
