Theatre Front of House Coordinator

Responsible for the supervision of patrons attending theatre events, responding to the questions and concerns raised by the general public, assisting with the shift scheduling of Volunteers, assisting with concession shift cash balances and deposits.
Job Requirements
1. Post-secondary courses (community college or university degree) in a directly related field or equivalent experience.
2. Demonstrated experience in dealing with volunteers.
3. Demonstrated experience in problem solving related to large events.
4. Solid knowledge of cash counting, handling and deposit procedures.
5. Class G Driver's License in good standing and reliable vehicle to use on corporate business.
6. Standard First Aid and CPR-C certification required.
7. Possess or willing to obtain Smart Serve Certification.
8. Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational and supervisory skills.
9. Availability/flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends and special events.
10. Due to the nature of the contacts of this position a Police Vulnerable Sector Check satisfactory to the Town is required.
