The Prospec group of companies is an expanding company owned and based in Sudbury, Ontario. The Prospec group focuses on Engineering and Fabrication projects based mainly in Northern Ontario and primarily in the mining and heavy industrial sectors. We are a team of approximately 20 team members from labourers, apprentices and professionals.

Prospec is currently looking to recruit a Press Brake Operator.

Experience
- Studying blueprints and specification sheets to understand technical requirements
- Setting a computer-controlled press brake to project specifications
- Ensuring proper positioning and alignment of metal inside the press brake
- Monitoring the pressing process
- Measuring and inspecting the finished sheet metal to ensure it matches specifications
- Troubleshooting and addressing problems that arise during the pressing process
- Performing routine maintenance on the press brake
- Complying with all health and safety standards in the manufacturing facility

Work Conditions
- Physically Demanding
- Overtime may be required
- Must possess valid driver's license

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00-$32.00 per hour

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- Millwright: 1 year (preferred)
