Our company is seeking an enthusiastic Back of House Team Member with experience working in the food industry to join our team. A great Back of House Team Member will be able to create classic and innovative drinks exceeding customers' needs and expectations. Compensation includes the hourly wage and tips.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist other team members with any prep/cleaning;
- Uphold standard and quality of food;
- Communicate with the Middle Line and FOH on food levels/completion;
- Prepare product/Menu items to recipe;
- Display ownership for the business and good stewardship towards tasks at hand;
- Prepare, cook and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting our standards;
- Carry out instructions given by the management team and operator;
- Proactively pursue ways to work faster and more efficiently as an individual and a team;
- Always adhere to all company policies and procedures;
- Protect the customer experience by ensuring packaging, food presentation and quality is top level;
- Be on time, maintain a positive attitude and work hard for your shift;
- Be involved and contribute at team meetings;
- Assist in keeping the kitchen clean, hygienic and tidy, at all times.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00-$20.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Tips

**Experience**:

- Kitchen: 2 years (required)

**Language**:

- English (required)

Work Location: In person
