Our daycare at Cityscape is looking for a **Back of House (BOH)**to join our amazing team

This role supports our kitchen operations, which serve not only our Cityscape location but also 2 other Summit daycares. In addition to kitchen support, responsibilities include housekeeping, cleaning and dishwashing duties to help keep our central kitchen running smoothly. This position will report to the Food Services Manager.

**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following**:

- Be familiar with and follow Summit’s Policies & Procedures at all times.
- Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, utensils, pots, and pans.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen work areas, countertops, and sinks.
- Ensure proper storage of clean dishes and kitchen supplies.
- Be knowledgeable about and adhere to Alberta Health Services regulations and requirements.
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
- Carry out Back of House housekeeping tasks such as sweeping, mopping floors, taking out garbage, etc.
- Assist with general housekeeping duties throughout the center to support other staff.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Positive, enthusiastic, flexible and reliable.
- Ability to interact with a diverse, multicultural, multigenerational population.
- Ability to work varied shifts or hours.
- Obtain a valid Police Information Check with a vulnerable sector search

**Compensation Includes**:

- Wage of $18.00/hr.
