Reporting to the Program Manager, the Recreation Therapy Assistant will work as part of the team to assess individual leisure needs, plan, promote, coordinate, implement and evaluate group and individual programs to meet the assessed needs of the residents. The incumbent will coordinate and monitor students/volunteers that are assigned to assist with programs.
