We are looking for a **full-time Sheeter Machine Operator, **who is mechanically inclined to join our team

**Note: This is a 12-hour shift from 7 am to 7 pm on a continental shift.**

**Shift Schedule: Rotating shifts
- 1st week
- Mon, Tue, Fri, Sat, Sun; 2nd week
- Wed, Thurs**

**Salary
- $16.50 per hour**

**RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE**:
Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (safety shoes, safety glasses, gloves)
- Review material requisitions and produces sheets according to specifications such as caliper, roll width and board grade requested.
- Inspect incoming raw material board for shipping damage and wet stock and report damage to Department Manager.
- Perform machine setups, Quality checks and documentation and preventative maintenance as required.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Complete production and hourly management reports.
- Reports all food safety and quality problems to the Department Manager or Quality Team.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED**:

- At least 18 years or and Minimum Grade 12 education
- At least 2-years’ experience in manufacturing/production facility
- Previous experience in similar job is an asset
- Must be able to read and comprehend measure tape and caliper.
- Ability to read, write and comprehend simple instructions in English.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
- Ability to perform basic arithmetic including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and
- Must be capable of good attendance

**PHYSICAL CAPABILITIES**:

- Ability to lift, bend, push and pull in performing the functions
- Frequent walking and standing for extended periods of time
- Exposure to moderate noise
