Accounting Services Clerk (1.0 FTE Permanent)

**Job Summary**:
Under the general supervision of the Accounting Supervisor, the Accounting Services Clerk will provide assistance to Accounts Payable/Receivable and provide relief on the Reception Desk during coffee breaks, noon hour and day to day absences. The Accounting Services Clerk will also provide relief and assistance to the Purchasing and Plant department and will be required to replace the Accounts Payable/Receivable Clerk, Purchasing Secretary and the Plant Secretary as needed.

**Qualifications**:
Minimum Grade 12 education plus one year college course in a secretarial field or the equivalent combination of education or experience. The ability to perform accounting duties are essential. Experience in a computer environment, familiarity with Microsoft and Excel are essential.
