**U.S FREIGHT COORDINATOR**
**Midland Transport Limited has become a leader in the transportation industry by providing superior quality service to our customers. Our services include LTL, T/L, Courier Services, and Third Party Logistics/ Brokerage which provide the convenience of one-stop shipping.**
**Qualifications**:
- Years of Experience Required: 2 years of relevant experience is preferred
- Solid interpersonal, communication (verbal and written), and organizational skills
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision under pressure and time constraints
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Verify commercial invoices for freight and confirm with broker
- Ensure order is set up to clear into the U.S.
- Deal with U.S. Customs on any freight that my require special attention
- Verify customs clearance on all inbound orders
- Verify billing info on all collect shipments and advise terminals
- Verify dangerous goods paperwork
- Various other functions such as, but not limited to, on time delivery reports, undelivered reports, incomplete reports, quarterly maintenance reports and chep pallets reconciliation
