EfficiencyOne is looking for a **Term (12 months) **Contract Coordinator** that also supports the accounting and regulatory departments within the Finance and Regulatory Affairs team. The role mainly consists of managing the contracting responsibilities of procurements but also consists of tasks supporting regulatory, finance, and contract compliance for service delivery. The Contract Coordinator must have excellent communication skills and be very well organized with a strong ability to manage multiple priorities while dealing with various internal and external stakeholders.

**A snapshot of what you will be involved with**:

- Coordinating the drafting and execution of contracts for goods and services.
- Supporting the development of program documents, criteria, and guidelines along with the development of detailed scopes of work, project deliverables, goals, and objectives.
- Responding to contract inquiries and facilitating internal discussions
- Monitoring specific service delivery contract compliance requirements related to health and safety, insurance and WCB
- Organizing procurement documents, software, and SharePoint files.
- Facilitating training for new employees on Procurement processes, Supply Chain roles, and our Affiliate Code of Conduct
- Performing administrative tasks associated with team meetings, catering, document management, and planning.
- Developing a basic understanding of employee responsibilities in relation to accounts payable.
- Understanding internal coding and payment procedures, and efficiently working with finance software.

**Education Qualifications**:

- Community College or University Diploma or Degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
