**What you’ll be doing**
- Assist in managing daily on-site operations to ensure project goals and deadlines are met
- Report progress and any issues to Site Superintendent and other relevant stakeholders
- Coordinate with Site Superintendent to develop and implement solutions when needed
- Assist in scheduling work, ensuring that materials and equipment are delivered on schedule
- Maintain records of daily activities, progress reports, and any changes to the progress scope.
- Supervise laborers and subcontractors, providing guidance and support as needed
- Assist the Site Superintendent in managing project budgets and resources
- Ensure all work is performed in accordance with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Conduct safety inspections and enforce safety protocols
- Ensure all construction work meets or exceeds the required quality standards

**What we’re looking for**
- 3+ years experience in construction renovations
- Experience in a construction foreman or equivalent role is preferred
- High school diploma
- Post Secondary Education in a construction or trades related field is preferred
- Knowledge of local Health & Safety Laws
- Ability to lift items up to 50lbs
- Must have proper PPE (steel toe boots, vest & hardhat)
