**The Situation**:
OSL will be leading the sale and operations of **Seasonal Programs **in Eastern ON and East of the Greater Toronto Area.
**Here’s where you come in**
The **Regional Lead** who will be reporting the Regional Operations Director will be responsible for the sales, customer service, and the development of a team of **Seasonal Master Builders.** This role will support a regional territory and will require a minimum of 50% travel that includes frequent store visits.

**You’ll do this by**
- Accomplishing multi-product sales performance and operational objectives by recruiting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, and disciplining employees in assigned territory
- Proactively create strategies for high performing and underperforming locations
- Ensures all locations are always staffed appropriately - Be involved in the hiring process of employees in various locations.
- Ability to proactively recruit new team members and ensure recruiting needs are met based on the need of the business.
- Build out schedules for assigned territories based on the needs of the business
- Establish targets to ensure sales results are achieved
- Ensures self and team members are up to date on all operational procedures, product knowledge and are utilizing the tools provided
- Lead the training sessions of Master Builders
- Creates strategies for underperforming locations
- Proactively build a relationship with our clients, staff and internal business partners
- Responsible for building and assembling seasonal products as required
**Good thing you have what it takes**
- Act with professionalism, integrity, and leads by example
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent is considered an asset.
- Strong management, coaching, and leadership skills
- Retail experience will be a strong asset
- 2-3 multi-unit supervision and management experience an asset
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Detail-oriented, results driven, organized and the ability to make decisions
- Computer aptitude with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook
- Flexible to work beyond traditional business hours, holidays, evenings and weekend periods and the ability to travel
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
