Vice President of Operations

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide leadership, guidance, and coaching to foster employee loyalty and dedication within the operations team.
- Ensure consistent adherence to policies and procedures throughout the department.
- Lead regular operations meetings to promote a cooperative and consistent business approach within the Operations department.
- Collaborate with the VP & General Manager, Director of Manufacturing Sales, Director of Human Resources, and the senior leadership team to establish and execute the strategic plan for the ECCO Group.
- Build and develop a highly motivated team with the necessary knowledge, skills, and experience for successful task performance.
- Demonstrate effective leadership to all ECCO employees, emphasizing genuine relationships, personal accountability, and a commitment to quality.
- Provide the executive team and Company ownership with a monthly report detailing operational activities.
- Participate in regular meetings with management employees to review operating effectiveness, efficiency, market conditions, pricing, competitor activity, and customer service issues.
- Collaborate with the Vice President & General Manager and the Corporate Controller in preparing annual budgets.
- Implement the micro-review process and continuous coaching to assist ECCO employees in achieving professional goals; ensure supervisors provide regular performance feedback and coaching.
**Required skills & Experience**:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Senior leadership experience in Manufacturing industry, demonstrating operational excellence.
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans aligning with organizational goals.
- Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Expertise in procurement, logistics, inventory management, and asset/facility management.
- Successful track record in change management, specifically within CA & US regions.
- Familiarity with cutting-edge technologies and automation systems for operational efficiency.
- Demonstrated leadership in team building, development, and fostering a high-performance culture.
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory compliance in the manufacturing sector, including international operations if applicable
