**The Opportunity**:
CAN-med Healthcare, a division on IMP Group Ltd, is a Canadian-owned, value-added distributor of medical surgical, health imaging, dental, mobility and home health care products and services. **What You Will Do**:

- Responsible for responding to customer inquiries, process customer orders as well as developing and maintaining customer relationships
- Work closely with Sales Representatives and Logistics to ensure smooth flow of information
- Assist customers by providing general and technical product information
- Assist customers with back orders, delivery dates and product returns

**What You Need to Succeed**:

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service and/or the healthcare industry
- Strong knowledge with Microsoft excel and word
- Superior oral and written skills
