**What you can expect to do here**:
Are you a detail-driven CAD professional with a passion for engineering and environmental design? Join our collaborative team and help bring impactful infrastructure and environmental projects to life

As a Junior CADD Drafter, you’ll work closely with engineers and environmental specialists to deliver high-quality design and drafting services. Your day will include:

- Creating maps and site plans from topographic data and survey notes
- Preparing cross-sections, profiles, as-built drawings, and tender documents
- Performing volume and area calculations using CAD tools
- Importing/exporting coordinates and managing test hole log dataEnsuring all work meets company standards and quality control procedures

**What you’ll bring to WSP**:

- A technical diploma or CAD certificate (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency in **AutoCAD**(experience with **Civil 3D**is a strong asset)
- Strong Excel skills for calculations and data manipulation
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
- Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset, but not required
- A commitment to CAD standards and procedures
- A problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify alternative solutions

**Preferred Technical Skills**

Experience with any of the following tools will be considered an asset:

- Civil 3D
- ArcGIS Pro
- AutoCAD Map
- Raster Design
- gINT
- OpenGround Cloud
- Surfer
