We are recruiting Loan Associates in our NE/NW Edmonton branches.

About the Role

As a Loan Associate, you will report to the Manager and your main responsibilities will be to:

- Provide best-in class customer service to current and prospective customers on the phone, online, or in person.
- Gathering loan information
- Selling our loans
- Closing loans virtually and in person
- Following up past due customer accounts.
- Cash controls including taking payments
- Working hours: Monday to Friday
- Part time or Full time

**Qualifications**:

- Authorized to work in Canada
- Bondable
- High-school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience in customer service preferred
- Some collections and loaning experience would be an asset
- Spoken and written English proficiency
- Professional and Reliable
