- Prepare accurate cost estimates, bids, and budgets for prospective projects
- Collaborate with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure clear communication and project alignment
- Track project progress, timelines, and resource allocation
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and value engineering options
- Maintain detailed records of project changes and job costing

**Job Requirements**:

- 2+ years of experience in construction or industrial project coordination/estimating
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and scheduling
- Proficiency with MS Office; experience with estimating or project management software is an asset
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Valid driver’s license (required); ability to travel to job sites as needed

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- North York, ON M9L 1R3: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Work Location: In person
