**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Oversee cash handling procedures, ensuring accuracy in transactions and adherence to company policies.
- Manage inventory levels, including pricing, stock replenishment, and product displays to maximize sales opportunities.
- Conduct regular training and development sessions for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge in customer service and product offerings.
- Recruit, hire, and onboard new team members while fostering a positive work environment.
- Maintain organizational standards by implementing effective administrative processes and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Utilize strong phone etiquette to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions that drive store performance.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in retail management or a similar role with a focus on sales performance.
- Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail in financial transactions.
- Excellent organizational abilities with a knack for multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual proficiency is preferred but not required; ability to communicate effectively with diverse customer groups is essential.
- Demonstrated ability in training development and team leadership, fostering an environment of growth and collaboration.
- Strong recruiting skills with an understanding of how to identify talent that aligns with company values.

Pay: $22.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
