Efficient and organized, are you able to be versatile and multitask? your priority is the customer? Are you not afraid of being interrupted or juggling several files simultaneously? We have the job you dream of.

Schedule: Monday to Friday

From January to June, the administrative assistant could be called upon to work a few hours on weekends.

**ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Follow up on repairs and work with the maintenance man
- Make rental deposits and follow up on accounts receivable
- Perform housing visits for rentals
- Receive customers / tenants
- Respond to tenant service calls

**Administration**:

- Assist your immediate superior and other team members with their daily tasks and administrative duties
- Provide a high level of customer service

**EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS**:

- 1 year rental experience
- A good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook (an asset)
- Hopem knowledge (an asset)
