Keswick, Canada Rumble Martial Arts Full time

As the After School Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our before and after school programs. This includes providing homework assistance, organizing fitness activities, and ensuring a fun and safe environment for children. You will work closely with our team of martial arts instructors to integrate martial arts classes into the daily schedule.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and engage children in various activities, including homework assistance, martial arts classes, fitness games, and other structured curriculum activities.
- Plan and implement educational and recreational activities that promote physical, mental, and social development.
- Ensure a safe, nurturing, and fun environment for all participants.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding their child’s progress and daily activities.
- Coordinate with martial arts instructors to facilitate daily martial arts classes.
- Manage program logistics, including scheduling, materials, and equipment.
- Monitor and maintain health, hygiene, and safety standards in accordance with facility policies and regulations.

**Requirements**:

- No Martial Arts Experience Required
- Experience in child care, education, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively with children of various ages.
- First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
- A passion for fitness, martial arts, and child development.
- Criminal background check clearance.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Post-secondary education in education, child development, or related fields.
- Great people skills
- Computer Skills

**Salary**: $18.07-$21.07 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
