Business Development Representative

**Overview**
Compensation is boosted by a generous commission structure and bonus plan.
**Duties**
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels including telemarketing and networking.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and present suitable solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities within the industry.
- Utilize Hubspot to track leads, manage customer interactions, and report on sales activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective strategies for lead generation.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients.
- Participate in trade shows and industry events to promote our products and services.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or digital marketing sales is preferred.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to set meetings effectively.
- Familiarity with Hubspot or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Background in digital marketing or telemarketing is advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Pay: $56,106.46-$93,093.44 per year
