**Job Summary**:The Integrator/COO will work closely with the Founder/CEO to implement the company’s vision, manage daily operations, and drive growth. This leadership role is critical in aligning the company’s objectives with tactical execution, overseeing departments, managing resources, and ensuring the smooth and efficient launch of this startup.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Strategic Planning & Implementation**:

- Collaborate with the CEO to translate the business vision into actionable strategies and workflows.
- Oversee the launch of the marketing agency, establishing systems and processes for scalability and efficiency.
- Develop and execute business operations plans to ensure alignment with overall company goals.
- **Team Leadership**:

- Build and manage teams, ensuring all roles within the organization align with business objectives.
- Lead, manage, and hold team members accountable for delivering results.
- Foster a culture of productivity, creativity, and innovation.
- **Operational Excellence**:

- Implement efficient operational processes, systems, and workflows to drive high performance.
- Optimize the use of AI and technology to enhance service delivery and marketing strategies.
- Manage financial planning, budgeting, and reporting to support business goals and profitability.
- **Growth & Expansion**:

- Drive business development initiatives and operationalize client onboarding and retention strategies.
- Ensure that the company operates at maximum efficiency while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Develop and oversee the implementation of à-la-carte marketing services tailored to real estate professionals.
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Ensure top-tier client experiences, from onboarding to project execution.
- Manage high-level relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and vendors.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an Integrator, COO, or in a senior operational leadership role, ideally within a marketing or real estate business.
- Experience with startup environments, launching businesses, and scaling operations.
- Exceptional leadership, organizational, and management skills.
- Ability to translate business strategy into operational reality.
- Proficiency in financial management, budgeting, and reporting.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: $50,000.00-$138,429.00 per year
