**Job description**
We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our RE/MAX Invermere team
**Duties to include**:
- Processing real estate listings and sales, electronic and paper filing
- Data entry using LoneWolf software
- Accounts Receivable: handling deposit cheques, deposits into our trust & commission calculations
- Send documentation and instructions to lawyers/other brokerages
- Ordering strata documentation, keeping strata documents up to date
- LTSA & BC Online - Provide title searches, charge searches
- Answering and directing phone calls and walk-in clients
- Calendar managing, keeping on top of any outstanding documents
- Maintain the overall office including ensuring supplies in stock, office kept clean & tidy, light cleaning duties
- Daily visits to the bank and post office for depositing & retrieving cheques
- Perform opening & closing procedures for the office
**Creative Tasks include**:
- Photo boards inside the office & outside: Print pictures, amend when necessary
- Use software for projects such as signs, real estate flyers
- Innovating new office procedures
**Qualifications**:
- Confidentiality is a crucial part of the job
- Able to prioritize and work well in a multi-task environment
- Honest, dependable, confident and very organized
- Patient, able to handle situations as they arise
- Self-starter who can solve problems and work with mínimal supervision
- Tech Savvy
- Good team player
- Previous real estate experience considered an asset (not required)
