**About Us**:
At **Ancaster Denture Clinic,**we specialize in providing high-quality, custom dentures and prosthetic solutions to our patients. Our team is committed to excellence, compassion, and restoring smiles with care. We're currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented **Dental Lab Technician** to join our team.

**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Fabricate full and partial dentures using conventional methods
- Pour impressions, set teeth, wax, process, and finish dentures
- Repair broken dentures and process relines as needed
- Work collaboratively with Denturists and other clinical staff
- Maintain lab equipment and follow infection control protocols
- Organize and prioritize workflow to meet daily and weekly deadlines

**Qualifications**:

- **Diploma or certification** in Dental Laboratory Technology or equivalent
- Minimum **5 years of experience** in a dental lab (removable prosthodontics preferred)
- Knowledge of denture fabrication techniques (waxing, casting, finishing, etc.)
- Familiarity with dental materials and lab equipment
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
