**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries.
- Process transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions with attention to detail
- Maintain a clean and organized counter area.
- Assist in inventory management by restocking products as needed.
- Address customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals.

**Requirements**:

- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
- Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer calls.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus to assist diverse clientele.
- Experience in technical sales or product demos is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with cashiering duties and POS systems is beneficial.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.

Pay: $16.55-$21.01 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
