North Star Windows and Doors has an exciting opportunity for a Dealer Development Representative to deliver outstanding service to across Southwestern Ontario and the Niagara region.

**Starting base salary range of $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 CAD, plus variable compensation and car allowance.**

- Be a multi-faceted business partner that supports the needs of the organization, its business strategy and its customers.
- Increase sales of North Star products by developing new dealer leads and working closely with the existing dealer base.
- Understand sales budgets and targets and be able to create reports for the Director of Sales
- Support the existing dealer base using some or all of the following methods:

- Train customers on quoting software.
- Assist customers in quoting.
- Educate customers on North Star products and promote new and exciting product developments as they are introduced.
- Distribute sales materials such as literature and samples to new and existing dealers.
- Keep abreast of current trends in the market by listening to customers and attending trade shows.

**Qualifications**
- 2-5 years of sales experience dealing with contractors, architects and renovators.
- Strong relationship building and selling abilities.
- Strong computer skills with experience in MS Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.).
- Reliable personal transportation, good driving record and valid provincial drivers’ license.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory, including trade shows and national meetings
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Outgoing and personable personality
- High level of professionalism and integrity
