This Assistant Manager position is available for a dynamic, results-oriented individual with superior organizational and interpersonal skills. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for prioritizing tasks and delegating work to team members. This position requires extensive experience in the retail industry, excellent written and verbal communication abilities and a proven track record in developing team members.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the store manager in daily operations and decision-making
- Oversee and manage a team of employees, providing guidance and support
- Ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, including ordering and restocking merchandise
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures
- Train new employees on company standards and procedures
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
- Assist with scheduling and payroll management
- Collaborate with the store manager to develop strategies to increase sales and meet targets
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates, goals, and expectations

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in a retail environment
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- Knowledge of retail management principles and practices
- Experience with budgeting and financial management
- Ability to recruit, train, and motivate employees
- Proficient in administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and record keeping
- Strong sales management skills with a focus on driving revenue growth
- Multilingual skills are a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Casual, Freelance, Apprenticeship

**Salary**: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
