**Job Summary**: Responsible for executing day-to-day operations within the shop, yard and warehouse while maintaining records, coordinating and loading site shipments and assisting maintenance activities. Manage and interact closely with shop personnel as well as field and office management.

**Responsibilities**:
**Essential Responsibilities**

Daily Duties
- Staging equipment and making ready for project mobilization.
- Manage, schedule, and oversee employees working in the yard.
- Attend and run weekly Safety Inspections
- Ensure compliance with company systems, policies, and procedures.
- Reporting daily hours for Yard Staff.
- Ensure all employees are in compliance with Work Safe safety requirements.
- In the event of a safety incident, works in partnership with HSEQ to support employees per Keller policy.
- Report all quality nonconformance issues and works with management for resolution.
- Conduct daily safety meetings with crews and discusses job hazard analysis.
- Collect and submit equipment inspection sheets for yard.
- Train, mentor and evaluate shop/yard employees.
- Other duties as assigned by Shop Manager(s).

Qualifications:
**Background Requirements (Knowledge, Skills, Experience)**
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum 2 years’ hands on experience in Shop/yard setting.
- Experience with various heavy construction equipment
- Understanding of Transport requirements and Load Securement.
- 30 Hour OSHA, First Aid/CPR certified and Rigging, Signaling.
- B Level Crane Certificate (an asset)
- Loader, Zoom Boom, Forklift experience.
- Interpersonal, oral and written communication skills needed.
- Must be willing to travel regionally and possess a valid class 5 DL.
