Audi Downtown Vancouver is currently looking to fill a position of a **Shop Foreman.**

Reporting to the Service Manager, the Shop Foreman is responsible for ensuring the proper repair and servicing of all the vehicles taken in by the service department and maintaining technician productivity at levels determined by service management. This task is accomplished by providing direct on-the-job assistance to technicians, coordinating and conducting training, inspecting job for proper completion, and creating an environment for high productivity through motivational leadership and effective administration.

**Essential Duties**:

- Technician scheduling
- Quality control inspections
- Test drives with customers as required
- Reviewing and logging customer comebacks
- Assisting with dispatching of work into the shop
- Health and safety implementation and ensuring employees are following the policies in place
- Diagnosing vehicle issues and assisting technicians when required
- Assisting the service manager as required with shop related item
