**Description**:
WHO YOU ARE:
As **Marketing Coordinator**, reporting to the Director of Marketing, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

- **Campaign & Event Coordination**
- **Mood Boards & Concept Support**: Coordinate the creation of mood boards and marketing concepts for campaigns, events, and special projects as needed.
- **Campaign Support**: Assist with any campaign-related tasks such as workback, timeline, meeting cadence, recap notes and ensuring adequate information is provided in a timely manner including ensuring setting up assets with the visual team.
- **Postmortem Reports**: Assist in compiling and distributing post-event/campaign reports to evaluate performance and identify improvements.
- **Store Visits**: Conduct monthly store visits to observe customer experiences and document key findings for the marketing team.
- **Events**: Support in the coordination, set up, take down, and function of any internal, customer or influencer event.
- **Marketing Operations & Communication**
- **Documentation Management**: Upload, organize, and maintain corporate marketing documentation for both internal and international teams.
- **Marketing Memos**: Draft and distribute internal memos to communicate marketing initiatives clearly and efficiently. Translation of documents from English to French may be needed.
- **Supplier Coordination**: Liaise with local and overseas suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products and materials related to campaigns and events.
- **Expense Reporting**: Track, reconcile, and submit marketing-related expense reports and budgets accurately.
- **Gifting**
- Support PR box preparation, recommendation, ambassador program logistics, and seasonal or influencer gifting aligned with marketing strategies.
- **Additional Requirements**
- Perform other marketing tasks as needed to support the team.
- **Travel**: Some travel may be required; a car is considered an asset.
- Occasional weekend or evening work may be required.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent;
- 2-3 years of experience in a marketing role at a retail headquarters is an asset;
- Experience working in a retail store is an asset;
- Bilingual (English and French), both written and spoken is mandatory;
- Strong sense of strategic thinking, creativity, innovation, leadership and positive attitude;
- Ability to multi-task while being meticulous, detail oriented, and thorough;
- Ability to manage multiple projects from start to finish, meet strict deadlines and manage time efficiently;
- Strong organizational and planning skills with an ability to prioritize;
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment;
- Proficiency with InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Canva and Photoshop is an asset;
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced demanding environment.
