Automotive sales is about listening and developing a cordial relationship with customers, showing them the right vehicles, knowing vehicle features, and going along on test drives. Main responsibilities include but are not limited to: communicating with clients via sales calls, web-based sales leads, and showroom walk-ins. The ability to provide accurate product information that will assist the customer in making an informed decision. Building and maintaining effective relationships with all customers. Automotive Sales experience is preferred but not required; however prior Sales or proven Customer Service experience is REQUIRED 2.
