**Executive Chef**
The Executive Chef plays a key leadership role in the overall success of the restaurant, working in close collaboration with the General Manager. This position is responsible for overseeing daily kitchen operations, managing inventory, optimizing food and labour costs, and ensuring a consistently exceptional guest experience that aligns with company values. The Executive Chef works closely with the front-of-house team to maintain seamless service and is an active participant in strategic decision-making with the executive team.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Plan, execute, elevate, and lead all kitchen operations
- Collaborate with the Corporate Chef team on menu changes
- Ensure food quality, presentation, and kitchen efficiency meet company standards
- Oversee food preparation, organization, and cleanliness of the kitchen
- Utilize various technology platforms to manage ordering, inventory, and team scheduling
- Manage inventory levels, place orders, and ensure supplies are on time and within budget
- Maintain proper food storage, labeling, and compliance with safety regulations
- Train staff and foster a strong team culture

**What You Have**:

- Previous experience in an Executive Chef role or similar is a strong asset
- Proven success in a senior culinary leadership role is required
- Culinary training is an asset
- Food Safety certification
- Ability to lead, coach, and develop a team in a high-volume setting
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Flexible schedule required
