AgriHub Inc., headquartered in Winnipeg, MB, holds ownership of Western Canada’s premier agricultural equipment and supply companies such as Penner Farm Services, Western Ag Systems and United Agri Systems.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical **Market Research Analyst**to support our sales and marketing teams.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create, maintain and update customer profiles by sector, by region
- Work with Sales Representatives to discover and update overview for individual farms
- Analyze marketplace by customer and prospects to understand farm sizes, brand loyalties, current equipment, succession plans
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
- Analyze data using statistical software and present findings in clear, actionable reports
- Develop and implement research methodologies, including surveys, focus groups, and interviews
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand research needs and provide insights to support marketing strategies
- Work with Digital Marketing expert to develop campaigns and lead nurturing strategies
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders.
- Assist in the development of marketing plans and strategies based on research findings.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field or equivalent working experience
- Proven experience in market research and data analysis
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Pay: $63,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
