- Must have 6+ years of experience in Python, SQL, Robot Framework (Blue prism), Jira
- Minimum 3+ yrs experience with expertise in leading team members
- Should have hands on experience in RPA testing for SAP HR / Workday HR system
- Should have testing experience for integrations between SAP, Workday and Blueprism.
- Should have the knowledge of SAP HR Processes testing
- Onboarding, Organization data maintenance
- Org unit, position, job etc, Employee data maintenance
- Hiring, transfer, LOA, promotion, termination etc, Time management
- Attendances, absences, leaves etc, Payroll execution, verifying taxes, verifying pay slips, integration between Payroll and Finance, Benefits & Pensions data maintenance, outbound & inbound interfaces.- Should have experience in building test strategy, well-structured test plans and test cases based on high level customer requirement.
- Must have good analytical skills and proven experience in analyzing and writing automation scripts for complex business rules
- Good knowledge in areas of Robotics perception, navigation, manipulation and simulation
- Knowledge of robotics simulator engine and ability to develop test scenarios using the same
- An understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
- Proficient in manual & Automation testing
- Experience in agile-processes and handling sprint/iterations, Ability to self-manage, show leadership, - communicate effectively in a collaborative environment
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and an excellent attention to detail
