**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
Technical Competencies Required
- Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent work experience.

**Employee Central Certification is a must.**

**Minimum of 3 years working experience of SAP experience in SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Core, Global benefits, Intelligent services, and knowledge in integrations with other 3rd Party tools and SAP HCM**

**Minimum 1 End-to-end implementation experience in SF Employee Central with Benefits and experience in SAP HCM**

Excellent verbal and communication skills.

Excellent client service skills

Highly organized, able to multi-task and meet deadlines.

Understanding of business processes related to Core HR.

Able to travel to client sites within Canada.

Good to know the additional SuccessFactors modules

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $50.00-$65.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Global benefits: 4 years (preferred)
- SAP HCM: 3 years (preferred)
- SAP SuccessFactors: 5 years (preferred)
- End to End Implementation: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Employee Central (EC) (required)
