Are you a driven and strategic Product Manager with a strong background in the filtration industry? Do you have a passion for identifying customer needs and translating them into growth opportunities? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a **Product Manager** for our Filtration Portfolio.

**As the Product Manager for Filtration Portfolio, you will be responsible for**:

- Lead Voice of Customer studies to identify value drivers and unmet needs.
- Maintaining a deep understanding of the filtration market, including target segments, customer needs, and competitive threats to drive growth opportunities.
- Participating in strategic planning activities, including market segmentation, competitive positioning, and defining strategic initiatives.
- Translate insights into growth opportunities and strategic initiatives.
- Working with the marketing team to develop and enhance collateral and training tools for products and solutions.
- Managing product line performance, including sales, gross margin, and competitiveness across regions.
- Utilizing continuous improvement initiatives to achieve portfolio objectives.

**Measures of Performance**:
Your performance will be measured based on product goals, including growth, gross margin, quality, delivery, and customer satisfaction.

**To succeed in this role, you must possess**:

- A passion for sales growth and creating value for customers.
- Extensive experience in Voice of Customer research tools and methods.
- Strong problem-solving skills for identifying root causes and implementing countermeasures.
- Quick adaptability to acquire new knowledge and skills.
- Ability to prioritize actions based on impact and work in a matrixed environment.
- Influential abilities to drive action on key initiatives.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent Sciences field is required.
- MBA is highly desirable.
- 7-10 years of Product Management experience or similar.
- Strong ability to build and maintain cross-functional relationships.
- Experience in the water treatment industry, including DBOO, RO, MF/UF, Chemicals, DEMIN, IX, Measurement/Instrumentations, and UV disinfection.
- Ability to work at the London Ontario office an average of 3 days per week.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
